Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center

This 57-acre marine life center features nature trails, touch tanks, and a 750,000-gallon gamefish lagoon. There are educational programs as well as opportunities to feed the stingrays. Inside the center, there are aquariums, educational games, and exhibits.

The largest state park in Southeast Florida, you can explore the natural communities found in this park by land or water. Hike or bike on the trails, and canoe, kayak, or boat on the Loxahatchee River. The park is open every day from 8 am until sundown, and the cost of entrance is $6 per vehicle.

Indian Riverside Park Fountains

This large public park has a waterfront space, boardwalk, fishing pier, and interactive play fountains. The fountains are open daily from 9 am - 6 pm, and 9 am - 5 pm during daylight savings time. They may close due to inclement weather or scheduled maintenance on Tuesdays. The park is located next door to the Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and the U.S. Sailing Center.

This small waterpark has dueling slides, a lazy river, a children's area, and a competition pool. This waterpark is open seasonally during the summer, so check their hours before heading out.
