A little bit about your publishers...

Amanda & Damon (a/k/a MacDad) are the publishers and editors of the Stuart and Port St. Lucie Macaroni KID editions. Together, they have three wonderful "yours," "mine," and "ours" children, two of which have left the nest. Their last "baby" is a wonderful and talented young lady, which they loving refer to as "MiniMac" in articles, publisher letters and social media posts.

Amanda & Damon were formerly owners of a small baby sign language education business in PSL and it was through this business that they came to know and love Macaroni KID. When the position for the Saint Lucie County publisher opened up in January 2012, they jumped at the opportunity and joined the MacKID family. When the Martin County MacKID edition opened up in April of 2014, Amanda & Damon decided to expand and became the proud publishers/editors of Macaroni KID Stuart.

As publishers of the Martin and Saint Lucie County MacKID editions, Amanda, Damon, and MiniMac have been incredibly fortunate to meet so many wonderful families and local business owners. They love being connected with their community and look forward to continuing to grow Macaroni KID Stuart and Macaroni KID Port St. Lucie for years to come.
