Two 30 minute sessions: 3:30-4:00 and 4:15-4:45Description
Children have fun reading to trained therapy dogs. Readers gain confidence and improve their reading fluency. The PAWS to Read program is a partnership with the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. The recommended age for participation is 7 - 12 years. The participant must bring a book with them to each session to read to the dog. Registration is required. Register each child individually. Registration is for January 11, 18 and 25. This event will take place at the Blake Library Exploration Lab.
