Mommy & Me Open Gym offers music and movement for toddlers and preschoolers. Young children are naturally physical so this free play time uses music, games, traditional gymnastics and props to encourage their natural creativity and enthusiasm. Children are developing their educational skills every minute of every day- at the same time as they're figuring out how to skip, hop, and jump; control their emotions; count, sing, talk; and get along with their friends.
