Yoga studio with kids mindful movement classes. We support families with young children elementary aged as well as older families with pre-teens and teens. We have weekly Focused Fitness classes on the schedule as well as invite parents with 10+aged kids to bring them to any evening adults class (encouraged Wednesday evenings, with permission all other nights).
Unity Movement & Mindfulness also provides martial arts and non-contact boxing & kick-boxing. We have a small inclusive space. Kids classes are limited to 10 and adult classes are limited to 20.
