The Learning Cove has become the school of choice for parents in Martin & St. Lucie counties. Situated on 4 pristine acres in upscale Palm City, The Learning Cove truly has a a tremendous preschool environment, both optically and educationally. The school is clean and well equipped to care for close to 120 students.
The Learning Cove was acquired by education industry experts Ed & Jeanee Cwieka in July 2013. The school is one of the very few owned and operated by educators. Jeanee Cwieka had been a public school elementary teacher in Dade and Broward counties and has a Master's Degree in Reading. Prior to taking over The Learning Cove, the Cwieka's developed Summit Learning Services, a chain of tutoring centers in 2007. Summit quickly became the fastest growing tutoring company in the USA.
The Learning Cove has a VPK program which has been rated 100% in kindergarten readiness for several years. Our VPK program is one of the very few in Florida that requires lead teachers to have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education. This level of training is the same as your child's kindergarten teacher will have.
The Learning Cove has been refurbished both inside and out. The school puts heavy emphasis on education and preparing children to enter kindergarten. The Learning Cove remains a private preschool and serves the Treasure Coast with great pride and respect.
