Martin County School District Announces Generous
Donation of School Supplies for Warfield Elementary School
The Martin County School District (MCSD) is delighted to announce a remarkable contribution from the Garcia Family Foundation, which has pledged to fully support all students at Warfield Elementary School for the upcoming school year by providing the necessary school supplies for every grade.
Supplies will be distributed to school families at Warfield Elementary School's Meet the Teacher event on August 9, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Volunteers from the school, school staff, Superintendent Michael Maine, and members of the Garcia Family Foundation team will be present to assist in distributing the supplies to each student.
Note: This donation will be in addition to the District's earlier announced donation to cover school supplies. Should students need additional supplies throughout the school year, administrative staff at Warfield Elementary School will be able to use funds donated by the District earlier this month to purchase them.
