Meet Renegade - Our Macaroni Dog of the Week
Renegade is a 7-year-old, female pup who was surrendered in May due to her owners moving. She gets along with other dogs but would prefer a cat free home. This smart girl is potty trained, crate trained, and rides well in a car. Renegade would be a great family dog as she gets along with respectful children and knows many basic commands.
Meet Chippy - Our Macaroni Kitty of the Week
Chippy is a 4-year-old, hefty lady weighing in at 17lbs! This independent girl loves to sleep and enjoys when people speak softly to her. Chippy has been waiting for a home far too long and is hoping to find an owner who will love her forever.

These pets and many more are available for adoption through the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. Locations to adopt are the HSTC Main Shelter at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Avenue in Palm City; the HSTC Central Thrift Store at 3302 SE Federal Highway in Stuart; and the HSTC North Thrift Store at 1099 NW 21st Street in Stuart. Normal adoption hours are Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The adoption fee is waived for any senior dog or cat 7 years and older.
