Dr. Mondesir is a board certified general pediatrician who has been serving patients in St. Lucie and Martin counties for the past five years and is now bringing her experience and passion for Pediatrics to provide your child with dedicated and personalized care.
Originally from Winnipeg, Canada she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and received her medical degree at the University of the West Indies. She then completed her pediatric residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia before moving to Florida with her husband and two kids. Her philosophy of care is grounded in compassion and understanding, which provides the ideal environment for health and healing.
In addition to establishing her medical practice; Dr. Mondesir is also on faculty at Florida State University Medical College, teaching 2nd and 3rd year medical students and is a Board member on the Selective Mutism Association. She also published a children’s book on Selective Mutism (a childhood anxiety disorder) called Mason is Learning to Roar.
