Help support the Stuart Kiwanis Playground Shade Structure! The equipment is too hot for our children to play on during Florida's summer months.
The next phase is to construct shade over the new playground. The Club is actively seeking sponsors to help meet our goal of $30,000 to construct a shade structure by June 30, 2017. The City of Stuart has agreed to match the fund.
The Kiwanis Park at Woodlawn is located on Colorado Avenue in Stuart, near Confusion Corner. Over the past 30 years, the Kiwanis Club of Stuart has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours of time in the development of the park. The most recently completed phase was the construction of the only barrier free playground on the Treasure Coast – allowing children with and without disabilities, to play side by side.
The park is open to everyone in our community - those who live here and those who visit Stuart each year. With support from our sponsors, children in the area will be able to enjoy the park all year long.
