Helping Pets Find Forever Homes

By Humane Society of the Treasure Coast April 29, 2022

Meet Bruce - Our Macaroni Dog of the Week

Bruce is a 7-year-old, male pup who recently arrived at our shelter due to his owner not being able to afford his care. He was very loved in his previous home and is confused as to why he ended up at the shelter. His previous owner states that he does very well with children and all animals, including cats. Bruce is house trained and knows his basic commands. This 66 pound sweetie would love a home where he can cuddle up and sleep with his humans each night in a warm, comfy bed.

Meet Patches - Our Macaroni Kitty of the Week

Patches is a sweet and shy, 7-year-old female who was adopted as a kitten and recently returned to us due to a new family member developing allergies. Patches lived with another cat in her previous home and the two got along great. She also peacefully coexisted with the dogs in the home and even slept next to them on occasion. Her previous family says that she gets along with all types of people, including children, can be very talkative and playful, and is a total lap cat! Her adoption fee has been generously sponsored and she can’t wait to find her furrever home with you.
