Helping Pets Find Forever Homes

By Humane Society of the Treasure Coast March 4, 2022

Meet Luigi - Our Macaroni Dog of the Week

Luigi is an 11-year-old sweetheart who was adopted from us as a pup and found himself back at our shelter when his owners lost their home. He was well cared for and loved for over 11 years and doesn't understand why his life is suddenly turned upside down.

Luigi lived with another dog in his previous home and the pair got along great. His brother, Logan, is also available for adoption at our shelter. Luigi can be protective of his food, so we suggest letting him eat alone in a separate room during mealtime. Because of this, we recommend a home without small children.

This senior boy with his soulful eyes is patiently waiting for someone to give him his happily ever after. Will you be that person? Luigi’s adoption fee has been waived and he’s waiting to meet you at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave, Palm City 34990.

Meet Nahla - Our Macaroni Kitty of the Week

Nahla is a 7 year old, beautiful medium haired feline that is waiting for a home at our Central thrift store. Nahla is a great listener and loves when you sit with her and talk to her. She enjoys head rubs and would love a quiet home when she can be the queen of her castle. Nahla gets spooked from loud noises and quick movements, so she would benefit from a cat savvy adopter who can give her time to adjust on her own terms.

You can meet this beauty at 2585 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart 34994. Her adoption fee is generously sponsored.
