Summer Programs at Jonathan Dickinson State Park

The following programs will be offered at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, beginning May 1, 2015 and continuing through August 31, 2015: 
  • Every day: -- 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and by request - Film Presentations at at the Kimbell Center. Topics vary. 
  • Every Friday -- 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM - Guided Paddling Tour on the Loxahatchee River. Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard from the park’s concession or bring your own. Registration is required. 
  • Every Saturday
    • 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM - Family Adventure Programs. Topics vary, most programs are both indoors and outdoors. Registration is suggested. 
    • Evening Ranger Programs for overnight campers. Time and topics vary. 
  • First Wednesday of the Month -- 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM - Scrub-jay Walks. Meet at the Camp Murphy Bicycle Trailhead between the front entrance and Pine Grove Campground. 
  • Last Saturday of the Month -- 9:45 AM to 12:00PM - Guided Paddling Tour on the Loxahatchee River. Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard from the park’s concession or bring your own. Registration is required.
