In recognition of National Gymnastics Day, the YMCA of the Treasure Coast's SportsWorld location will host a free open gym day on Saturday, September 20th from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
The Y is celebrating National Gymnastics Day with an afternoon full of opportunities to experience gymnastics programs. Open to all ages, there will be free use of the SportsWorld facility including rock climbing wall, trampoline, foam pit, balance beams, and more. There will also be ongoing demonstrations from the Y’s competitive gymnastics teams.
The event will raise awareness about the importance of keeping kids active to prevent childhood obesity.
