Whoo Hoo! Let the nominations for the 1st Annual Macaroni Kid Stuart Gold Daisy Awards begin!

Throughout the year, Macaroni Kid brings you the scoop. Now it is YOUR turn to tell us YOUR family’s top go-to choices to enrich, entertain, and EXHAUST your kids. We want to know about the businesses that just plain make your life easier as a parent! Let’s make this a FUN way to highlight the wonderful local businesses that make Martin County a fabulous place to live, shop, eat, and play!

How Do You Get Started?

From now through August 14th, simply nominate your favorite businesses! Nominate as many or as few businesses as you would like; however, if you nominate 5 or more businesses you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate to the LOCAL business of your choice! Businesses must be located in Martin County and cannot be corporately owned, national chains (Walmart, Barnes & Noble, etc.). Locally owned franchises ARE allowed. Only one submission per email address please; you must be a subscriber to the newsletter to nominate. Subscribe now by CLICKING HERE.

What's In It For You?


Nominate your favorites and you will be entered for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to the LOCAL business of your choice, compliments of Macaroni Kid Stuart. We will draw one winner following the nomination round and one at the end of the voting round.
 
What's In It For The Businesses?

We will announce the winners of each category in the September 19th issue. The winning business in each category will receive year-long recognition in our Macaroni Kid Business Directory, inclusion in the newsletter article announcing the winners, a 2014 Macaroni Kid Gold Daisy Award certificate and window cling to display at their place of business, a "Winner" logo for their website, one sponsored article in the eNewsletter and corresponding website, and the honor of knowing that local Martin County area families think they are the greatest! In addition, the business that receives the most over all votes will win a one month business spotlight in the carousel feature at the top of our website!

RULES: Only one submission per email address. The nomination period will run from Friday, July 25, 2014 through Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 11:59 PM. The voting period will run from Friday, August 22, 2014 through Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11:59 PM. All eligible persons nominating and voting in the 2014 Macaroni Kid Stuart Gold Daisy Awards will be entered to win a $50 Gift Certificate to the LOCAL Business of their choice. Drawings will take place at the end of each phase of the award process (one at the end of the nomination round and one at the completion of the voting round). Winners will be selected from all eligible entries using Random.org. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and will have 48 hours to claim the prize. You MUST be a subscriber and over 18 to nominate and vote. If you are not a subscriber and enter the contest, you will be automatically subscribed. See complete Official Sweepstakes Rules Here.
