We have another jammed packed issue for you this week! October is such a great time for families with all the festivals and other activities that it results in a larger than normal weekly newsletter. In an effort to make this week's issue more manageable, we've put some recurring articles plus the recurring features, including the Kids Eat Free and Macaroni Pets of the Week, after the calendar listings. In this week's edition you'll read about Exciting October Events at the Hobe Sound Nature Center and we'll provide updated information for the Stuart Air Show. The Deadline is approaching for discounted tickets to the 68th Annual Indiantown Rodeo so you'll want to get your tickets before 10/15 deadline. The United Way of Martin County is calling for nominations of outstanding kids in grades 7, 8, and 12 for their annual CHARACTER COUNTS Youth Character Awards and the Palm City Fall Festival is just around the corner! And finally, we'll give you some Tricks for Delicious Halloween Treats.
We'll be out at the Oktoberfest festival at the Port Saint Lucie Civic Center all weekend with some cute crafts for the kiddos. If you're in the area please come say hi.
